Camp Fires & Campari

Beneath a canopy of inky black night interrupted by smoke and stars, a slight chill that’s wet from the nearby ocean… These are the things that feel like fall. And this is our favorite cocktail to sip campfire-side… With three ingredients (four if you’re counting garnish), it’s perfect for casual evenings that end by the fire.

Mix 1 part Campari with 1 part Sweet Vermouth directly in a glass

Fill glass with ice cubes, leaving room for a splash of soda water

Garnish with orange slice and (or!) a lemon peel
